Our money-back guarantee policy allows the customer to request a full reimbursement in any of the following cases. The company is responsible for delivering the paper in a timely manner and according to the specified requirements. If the service is unable to meet your request, you have the right to request a refund by contacting our support team via phone or live chat.

Order Cancellation

The following rules apply if you want to cancel an order:

  • No writer assigned yet — When the customer requests cancellation before a writer is assigned, they can claim full compensation. The amount paid will be credited to the customer's account on the website or their bank account.
  • Writer already assigned — The customer cannot cancel the order once a writer has been assigned. When the order is canceled or delayed at this stage, the deposited funds will be added to the client's account balance on the website and are non-refundable.

Late Delivery

In case of any delay, the customer has the right to claim a Time Delivery Difference Compensation, calculated based on the following factors:

  • Initial deadline
  • Time of delay

Compensation for late delivery cannot be provided in any of the following cases:

  • If the delay occurs due to any action by the customer — such as delayed payment, delayed submission of required material, or being too late to respond to our questions.
  • If the customer receives the product late due to issues at their end such as internet problems, browser issues, or system failure.

Quality Issues

  • If the customer is not fully satisfied with the provided work and wants to claim compensation, the Quality Assurance Team will validate the quality requirements. The customer must provide feedback indicating the issues with the delivered product. The QA team investigates and calculates an amount proportional to the percentage of mistakes in the paper.
  • A compensation request cannot be considered valid if the customer requests it due to a bad grade. Drafts created by our company can only be used for reference purposes and should not be submitted directly.
  • If there is a claim that the paper is plagiarized, a Turnitin report is required. No other report can be accepted; otherwise, no compensation is possible.

Refund Processing

Once the customer receives refund confirmation, the company will process the request within seven days. The company will not be held responsible for bank transfer fees, transfer issues, or any delay due to bank service issues.

  • Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.
  • Our services are not subscription-based and we do not provide subscription offers.
  • We do not offer or require recurring payments, as no subscription packages or periodic payment plans are available.
